Anthony (Tony) J. Rea, Managing Principal, 20/20 HR

Tony Rea is a seasoned human resources executive and consultant.  He specializes in the enhancement of financial performance through increased employee productivity, reduced turnover, improved cross-functional teamwork, pay-for-performance compensation programs and improved employee selection processes. 

He is especially skilled in the financial services industry, where he worked for some 15 years, including 4 years as senior vice president of human resources for MidAmerica Bank, and the health care industry, where he spent 14 years as chief human resources officer for RML Health Providers and director of human resources for MacNeal Health Network. 

Tony has worked and continues to consult with clients from a vast array of industries helping them add value to the support provided through their human resource initiatives and raising their HR capabilities to new levels of effectiveness and profitability.  Tony is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds an M.S. Degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. in Economics from Wabash College.

Vaiva Vaisnys, Owner, VHR Consulting

Vaiva has been in the HR field for nearly 15 years.  She has worked at companies large and small, helping them establish solid HR processes and practices, as well as manage their HR acitivies in a way that supports each company's business and vision.  Among her HR-related jobs, she established an HR department at start up, and under her leadership, the company received an Innovation Award from Workforce magazine, an HR trade journal, in March of 2000.  She is also the author of several articles written on various aspects of HR.  Vaiva believes that, when done well, HR can help an organization increase its productivity.  Therefore, she partners with her clients to understand their needs as well as their challenges to determine what needs to be done on the HR front.  Vaiva holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Management Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Kathleen Jerding - Stern, CPA

Jerding Tax and Financial Services represent both individual and business needs alike.  Kathleen specializes in working with small to mid-size companies.  She began her accounting career working with medical practices, but her practice now includes a diverse pool of businesses.  During her 15 year career, Kathleen has provided her clients: tax, bookkeeping, payroll and planning services.
