Let's Make a Will 

 

Don't have a will?  Here's a scary thought, the state of Illinois has one for you.  Lionheart Financial wants you to be prepared on your terms.

 

Spencer & Rozwadowski, LLP has been invited to participate in the Lionheart Financial Will Clinic.  The attorneys of Spencer & Rozwadowski, LLP will work with the clinic participants to help them set up a quality estate plan in three simple steps. 

 

  • First, participants will meet privately with one of the attorneys to discuss their wishes regarding guardianship for minor children, children's trust provisions, specific bequests, selection of executors, and the appointment of individuals to make health care and financial decisions in the event of incapacity. 

 

  • Second, our attorneys will draft (1) a simple will; and (2) powers of attorney for property and health care. 

 

  • Third, the clinic participants will execute their estate planning documents and take the executed copies with them when they leave.

If participants desire a more complex estate plan, the Will Clinic will serve as the initial meeting.  The attorneys of Spencer & Rozwadowski, LLP will follow up and continue working with the participants to execute their plan for a flat fee.  The price for the Will Clinic will be $400.00 per couple and $300 per individual.
